R.C.A.R Manufacturing ("R.C.A.R", "we", "us", or "our") operates racecarsarered.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site or submitting a work request, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us — this site does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or non-essential cookies.

• Work request form — name, email address, part description, and any files you attach (photos, drawings, CAD files, etc.).
• Direct email — anything you send to Contact@racecarsarered.com, including your address and message content.
• Social media — messages or information you share with us via Instagram DMs, subject to Instagram/Meta's own privacy policy.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or work request and provide a quote.
• Communicate with you about an active or past order.
• Keep internal records of requests so we can plan and track shop work.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't use it for marketing you haven't asked for.

How the work request form is handled

Our request form is processed by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which emails your submission (including any attachments) to us. That email is filed as a task in our internal project-management system so we can track and respond to it. Cookies & third-party services

We don't set our own tracking cookies. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and embeds a link to Instagram; these third parties may process technical data (such as your IP address) when your browser requests their content, under their own privacy policies.

Data retention

We keep request and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your project, maintain business records, and meet any legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask any question about this policy, by emailing Contact@racecarsarered.com. We'll respond as quickly as we can.
