R.C.A.R Manufacturing is a shop based on Vancouver Island, focused on making quality upgrade components for the chassis you love — cars, trucks, motorcycles, and, if you ask, plenty of other stuff too.

We love and are committed to the internal combustion engine — but honestly, all forms of propulsion are awesome. We love anything that goes fast, and our aim is to help you enjoy yours even more, every single day.

Marcus Appenheimer is the founder — and, for now, the only employee — of R.C.A.R Manufacturing. At 20 years old, he brings hands-on experience welding, operating CNC equipment, working as a mechanic, and 3D modeling and 3D scanning — all in service of a genuine love for building custom stuff from scratch. When he's not in the shop, you'll probably find him out on his motorcycle, camping somewhere on the Island, mountain biking, or out on a hike — if it happens outdoors, he's usually up for it.

R.C.A.R is his way of turning that experience — and a genuine passion for custom vehicles — into support for the local community, helping fellow enthusiasts on Vancouver Island keep their rides on the road.
